This was my first trip down to this area because I saw the Rabbit Hole on SF Restraunt Week, and I am so glad we came down! The restraunt week deal was great, and the food was delicious. They ran out of dumplings, but they allowed us to sub for popcorn chicken!
I’m gluten free, and I was shocked that so many dishes were gf friendly. It was also super tasty, and the staff were very nice. The chicken was moist, and the sweet potato crust was crispy and light. The waffles were really good fresh, but when they cooled down they got dense fast (so eat them fairly fast). The ice cream was also delicious, the mango was both my roommate and I’s favorite. We’ll definitely be back even not during restraunt week!
Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!

Came in here not knowing what to really expect food wise, asked the server for a recommendation and was beyond pleased with the Xi Fuan. This was something I would not have ordered on my own, but was extremely delicious and unique. Since then I’ve returned 3 separate times, each time ordering a new item (fan tuan, the ribs, and the burger) and each time I was equally impressed with the food.
Service is extremely good, price is very reasonable, and drinks hit the spot. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had brunch at The Rabbit Hole, and it was a solid experience. The atmosphere is inviting, with a nice blend of modern and cozy decor, and the service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken and waffle, which was definitely a standout—the mochi waffle was superb and the chicken was cooked with a perfect crisp on the outside, and the chicken was juicy and seasoned just right. I highly recommend giving that a try!
The xi fan (congee) was another highlight. It came with roasted peanuts, cilantro, and scallions, making it super comforting and nostalgic, bringing back memories from my childhood but with a delicious twist. I’d happily return just for that dish.
The fan tuan, on the other hand, didn’t quite hit the mark for me—the sticky rice was a bit too soggy, which affected the texture, even though the flavors were still good. Overall, The Rabbit Hole is a great brunch spot worth visiting!

I recently ate here on a trip to San Francisco and at first really liked the vibe. It has fun decorations, a nice patio, and a very fun menu. The food and drinks were great, however the service was not. The server was extremely cold during the whole time I was there, rarely checking in even though I had opted to order in person rather than on toast. They were not pleasant to interact with in the slightest, bordering on downright rude at times. It made me wonder if I was being insulting or unpleasant to deal with even though I was polite and intended to spend some time and money in the place since it seemed cool. It also seemed to take forever to get each order even thought it was not busy. When trying to leave it took forever to get the check. I was there for a longer time than expected because of this, and wasn’t there to just loiter, I spent a fair amount of money on drinks and probably would have bought more food and drinks if the service had been more welcoming, attentive, and timely.

Have heard great things and finally came in for brunch and it did not disappoint! Friendly, accommodating staff and great cocktails! The food was INCREDIBLE and was a perfect mixture of delicious and innovative (Chinese five spice ftw!) Well seasoned fries and popcorn chicken, delicious egg cups, sumptuous wontons and a side of crispy pork belly to boot! We are leaving full and happy and will definitely be back for dinner. Great experience all around!

I loved this place. Great ambiance - the interior is clean, modern, spacious, the music on the background is just the right volume - you can have a conversation with friends without needing to shout, the bar is beautiful, big windows, the tables are spaced just right.
We had fired chicken sandwich which was sooo tasty, bao with pork - delicious, sesame peanut noodles, and last but not least - spare ribs - sooo good (we shared). For drinks we had Serenity garden - great if you prefer cocktails that aren't too sweet, and a few very delicious virgin drinks. I also had a glass of red wine. Nice crowd - everybody seemed to enjoy being there, great friendly vibe. We were sitting inside, but there is also a very cute patio on the back. Will definitely come back for deserts, and I am also curious to try spicy tuna poke. Parking was easy.
Definitely recommend!!

Delicious food and fast service.
This place is special. The vibe, the decor, the music, the smiles. This is one of those places you don’t forget. The serenity garden was a delicious cocktail that looked as perfect as it tastes. Olivia… what an artist at the bar. Every step in every cocktail was ideal. Come. To. This. Bar.
