Overall, it was very good, one thing not satisfactory was it took at least 15-20 minutes for someone to bring the check over for paying for the meal.
Afternoon tea was delicious. Highly recommended. Service was very slow at first but after that, it was fine. The waitress was attentive and efficient.
We went for the high tea experience - views were great, teas were delicious, the pastries were okay. Would repeat again if they switched out some of their offerings.

The broth and popovers to start the meal are fabulous. The crab melt is delicious, and the crab & shrimp louie salad is exceptional, with the best louie dressing the customers have ever had. The servers, such as Charlie, are incredible - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Reservations are recommended due to the restaurant's popularity, though seating can feel a little packed.
