I've been coming to Toronado sporadically over the last 12 years or so, and while the beer selection is unparalleled, the staff has always been the reason for me to come back. Justin, Alonzo, Tad, Frank, Waite, Rigo, and Ed are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Yes, this is a world renowned beer bar, but more impressive, it's a neighborhood spot with genuinely great people.

Excellent 'dive' bar with great staff, great beer and freaking awesome music.Amazing selection of craft beers with something for all tastes.Travelling from NZ, it was great to see a New Zealand hop but in a style totally different to NZ!

This is hands down the best bar in the city. Their beer options are nearly unlimited because they constantly rotate their selections.Even a $5 damnation is worth the visit, and they only get better from there. I once tried a mangonada that was to die for and paired excellently with a burger from the restaurant that opens up most of the day called berliner berliner.
