Loved my order from Umami Express. Very similar to Ben's Fast Food in San Francisco.I appreciated the hearty portions of meat + veggies. I liked the protein variety bowl with pieces of pork, chicken, and tofu. Cool they include chili garlic sauce (free). Might not be the most authentic "asian flavors" but a great healthy protein packed meal. Also make sure to try the green smoothie!
I got the chicken and rice bowl. Unfortunately the rice was a thin layer along the bottom of the box, which just felt dissatisfying. I'd prefer it on the side, even if it's a small amount. The veggies were cut really tiny, which was odd for me. The flavor was ok. The chicken was soft and really good.
