I stopped in here for my flight and selected the California roll and (4) salmon nigiri sushi. The salmon itself was cut fairly thin. Flavor was average. The California rolls had a surprising amount of imitation crab that made the 6 piece order quite good. What made the review negative is that I found a 1 inch bone in my salmon. I brought this to their attention and there was no response. So, order the California rolls and stay away from the salmon or be prepared and forewarned.
We landed at 8:05pm and looked for something quick to eat. Came cross their store near Alaska airline. We ordered salmon bowl, beef curry and shrimp tempura udon. All tasted great and fresh. Very happy to go home with full stomachs!!

Can't complain about the speed but the teriyaki tofu was maybe half rice, half tofu and 2 tablespoons of frozen veggies. I would have had no complaints if it had more veggies I'm currently just eating tofu and rice. Not the end of the world though! Still filled me
