The original Jolly Jug was in South El Monte in the 1930s and people came from all around to eat their famous Pastrami’s and Beef Dip sandwiches. “I have always liked going to this place because the food is delicious but lately I have come across someone who works there in the mornings with orange hair who has a very ugly manner and does not know how to treat or speak well to customers. One is left with that bad experience and no desire to return if that person is going to continue serving me.“

“I have been craving pancakes, and they had a sing breakfast served all day, so I stopped to have breakfast.
Thank you to the lady who gave me my food she was very nice and friendly while the morena at the register wasn't having a good day.

“This is our go to spot for family packs for multiple reasons #1 it's priced right now like the surrounding burger joints that want $45 for a family pack nowadays # the burgers are good and far better then the surrounding burger joints # the service is awesome and we've never had an issue.“
