I ordered 16 pieces of chicken but only received 13. This is not the first time this has happened; I have previously let it slide when I was missing 1 or 2 pieces. However, this is getting ridiculous. I am now advising everyone to count their chicken and check their entire order before leaving the store. It's good food we eat there every so often...and have no complaints. Foods fresh , the fries are good, and the wraps are great
