“Went in to order a sonic 2 tier cake for my sons graduation party. I spoke with the cake decorator lady and she executed my vision for the cake beyond my expectation! Loved loved it! Everyone asked me where I got it done. This baskin Robbin’s goes above and beyond customer service as well! I provided the cake topper and figures but everything else they did. Needless to say, I will be ordering more cakes from them!“
“I just love the ice cream ? it is so yummy ?. My favorite flavor is Very Berry Strawberry ?. I will be going back a lot because it's summer and now is the best time for ice cream. “This ice cream shop has been around forever! So many flavors to choose from and honestly not too expensive. Aside from just cones and cups of ice cream scoops they have a variety of other ice cream desserts: ice cream cake, ice cream pizza,and whatnot. Also, there is a nice outdoor seating to sit and enjoy ur ice cream right outside. Very pleasant!
Side note, you’re allowed sample tastes of the flavourssss!!“
“I enjoyed the nostalgia of the coned ice cream. Lots of flavors to chose from . I went with a mint and a cherry scoop. Service was speedy and not rushed . Clean but not sterile. A good old fashion ice cream place in my neighborhood. Open late evening. Highly recommend it“
“This Baskin-robbins is pretty chill and laid back compared to other ones. It's mainly attracted to for ice cream but there are other products they sell that is worth trying. Some people don't know about their soft serve and cookie ice creams, so definitely look at the menus. I don't get ice cream much but this isn't bad. This is standard.“
“This is the oldest BR in the area - residential street parking is there if the small lot is full - their ice cream is always good - I’d complain about the price but it is what it is these days - best bet is a single cone - they pile it on a little more than a cup /or sundae“

I am an extremely picky person and probably the most picky person you’ll ever meet. So 4 or 5 out of 5 or anything 7.5 or higher out of 10 is really an achievement for that restaurant. In that case, here is my review, by Nicolas!
I would give this restaurant an 8/10!
The huge variety of flavors makes it a great place for the whole family. Although you can’t get as many toppings and creative confections as Yogurtland, the ice cream is decent quality compared to regular ice cream stores. With sorbet and milk options, you can visit Baskin Robins even if you’re lactose intolerant. The ice cream is so good and has many different textures in just one flavor, depending on the flavor.
The inside can get a bit crowed in the tight counter-to-table space but once you’re in, you get out to enjoy the melting cold goodness out in the sun.
Dietary restrictions: There are sorbet and milk options!
Parking: Easy pease

“Good stop for some ice cream. Walking distance from other food places too. They give good scoops of ice cream always having different flavors. On the side, it's sometimes there is a wait but still good ice cream. The employees are nice too.“
“We stopped by this BR for a little Sunday date with our toddler and had such a great experience - thanks to Kenny. He made us a banana split, and chosen ice cream flavors, toppings, and frosting - it was just perfect - delicious and thoughtfully put together—we all loved it! He made our visit special and extra sweet!“
“Baskin Robbins on White Road. People are friendly and give you samples if you want. Then will make your request as fast as possible. They have a lot of varieties. Sometime the specials come and go without notice. Prices as going up, but so is everyone else.“
“I went on-line & found an ice cream cake I wanted to order for my friend’s birthday. It was an NBA Lakers cake as she is a HUGE fan. I went to the closest location to my house which is on Cottle Road, but was told that they couldn’t do this cake for me. I was disappointed & confused bc on-line it shows as a choice. The person working there told me that the location on Bernal wouldn’t be able to make the cake either. So I went to the Willow Street location and was welcomed warmly and given top notch service. I forgot to ask the woman her name but she told me that she didn’t understand why the other locations couldn’t make the cake. Even though this location is about ten miles from my home, I will only order cakes there. Customer service at Cottle was flat but at Willow Street, I felt cared for.“
“This place has a nice ambiance and the seating arrangement is good.Lots of flavours to choose from and the staff is nice and friendly.We ordered hot brownie sunday and kids had cotton candy in kid size scoop. I love their kids size scoop, it makes the kids eat enough and not too much.They have wonderful cakes too. Will try these ice cream cakes next time. They look delicious.“
“Just FYI, you can do a minimal custom ice cream cake order here and doesn't need to be per the website or book. Just bring some inspiration photos, prints and ask the ladies there. Again don't have high expectations and keep in mind that it can be a minimal customization in colors, added florals, dots, trimmings, No 3D designs or sorts. My ice cream cake came out fine. I only wish they call me ahead of time if they were missing the writing color. And was told they forgot to ask for color needed for the writing, and I told them only at time of pickup becauseit was asked. And at time of pick up, only the "inexperienced" lady was available there and did the writing. It was horrible. Again if they were missing that info, just call me? They had me paid and gave my number too ahead of time. Again no big deal, I was able to redo the lettering at home. Customer service can be better.“
“Ordered a face cake through the Baskin Robbin’s app was very easy to upload the photo, they even contacted me to make sure the highest quality was used, the cake came out amazing. Definitely recommend getting your custom ice cream cakes here!“
