Absolutely indescribable palate from your famous bean dish. It was a little odd at first I must admit; adapting to the weird culture that your restaurant sets forth when presenting such a superb dish, made me a little nervous. As I've grown to adapt to such exotic customs, the lack of proper cutlery and dinnerware became one of my favorable experiences, very clever on the Chef's to make use of gourmet avocado husks as an appetizer.
