I've been passing by this place my entire life. Finally stopped in and it was well worth it. The atmosphere is very , very friendly for families. If you play the games pay by the hour, it's totally worth it.!

Chuck E. Cheese is a popular spot with nice and accommodating staff. This location, which is the first ever pizza time theater in the world, is in San Jose and has been revamped to Chuck E. Cheese. It features a large open layout with plenty of seating across two levels, while the third floor remains closed to the public. The restaurant has newer games and a great variety of options for all ages, making it a unique place for kids under 13. There are real tickets and ticket counting machines that add to the nostalgia, and the prize selection is larger than usual, making it a favorite among families. The place is very clean, and the friendly staff, especially the señoras, help create a welcoming environment. However, there have been mentions of limited help from the male staff in black shirts. For those needing assistance, an elevator is available to access the second floor. The location is huge, with many games including two VR rides. The ticket throw for the kids is still a fun highlight. It can get crowded around 5 PM, so arriving earlier is recommended to enjoy the space fully. Some games may be a bit pricier, costing 2 points instead of 1, but they offer more prizes.
