“Hi John! This is Swani. I spoke with you this past Sunday, 9/13/20 and ordered 2 boxes of Banh Trung Thu & 1 order of Banh mi muoi ot. My friend Charlene picked up the order and shipped immediately to me here in Charlotte, NC. I love your desserts and I expected the box pictured above. I was disappointed because my box was not complete. Below is what I received and what I expected to receive.“
“This morning, I went to San Francisco and went to San Jose to go to Gio cha delicious store to buy Hue cha, fried cha and delicious banh mi. I can't wait to get delicious, cheap and delicious banh mi like this! She is very pitiful and pitiful. If anyone wants to go to SJ, come here and buy it! Minh gives +5 stars and will always come here but another time when I have the opportunity ?“

“They sell out of their most popular flavors pretty early it seems but they nail the flavors. I'm excited to come back and indulge more. It's a bakery so no place to sit and eat, plan on taking your purchase with you (they pack it well though)“

“If you don’t know what Bundt cakes are or haven’t tried one, you’re missing out!
Friendly & professional service. They’re very popular so it was jammed packed inside but they move quickly. Adorable knickknacks for funny or celebratory occasions. You can choose a wide variety of occasions that they’ll customize your cake for: gender reveals, birthdays, anniversary’s, etc. Over the years, I have received many large size Bundt cakes as my bday cake.
They have seasonal flavors that are promoted for short stints but always carry the classic flavors. To my surprise, I was gifted the insulated bag to carry my 4 cakes which was a sweet little bonus.“

“Esme deserves a raise! The customer service at this location was truly outstanding. I had accidentally called this store instead of the Valley Fair location, and thank goodness for Esme she went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I can only hope Valley Fair hires a manager like her someday. I do not recommend the Valley Fair location at all. “Oscar” gave me, hands down, the worst customer service I’ve received in all my 67 years. Esme, on the other hand, was amazing from start to finish professional, understanding, and a true example of excellent service. Will be going out of my way to go to THIS coldstone. Once again thank you esme for your help and I’m sorry for all the coughing.“
