Tôi khá thất vọng với trải nghiệm lần này. Nhân viên phục vụ chưa được nhiệt tình và cách giao tiếp khiến tôi cảm thấy không thoải mái. nhưng tôi hy vọng nhân viên sẽ chú ý hơn đến thái độ và cách phục vụ khách hàng trong những lần sau.

Thái độ nhân viên quá kém! Khách đợi hơn 20 phút mà không nhận được order, phải đến tận quầy hỏi thì bảo rằng bếp vẫn chưa làm (trong khi 5, 6 khách đến sau mình đã nhận được order và về hết) và mình cũng không nhận được một lời xin lỗi đàng hoàng. Hi John! This is Swani. I spoke with you this past Sunday, 9/13/20 and ordered 2 boxes of Banh Trung Thu & 1 order of Banh mi muoi ot. My friend Charlene picked up the order and shipped immediately to me here in Charlotte, NC. I love your desserts and I expected the box pictured above. I was disappointed because my box was not complete. Below is what I received and what I expected to receive.
