IHOP makes the best omelettes AND you get pancakes, I literally can eat 3 meals out of one purchase, for the size of food is enormous. Fresh quality ingredients and the service is accommodating and kind, despite how crazy busy they get.
I haven't been to IHOP in a couple years. With covid, the normal went out the window. The food quality and service went down.We visited earlier this week for National Pancake Day but ordered everything but the free short stack being offered.Mom had the mushroom omlet with gluten free hot cakes, while ai had a build your own omlet with tomato, spinach, avocado and the 4 cheese blend, with a gluten free waffle.The food was AMAZING! The hostess gave me a wet table and straight face. I asked my waiter to dry the table. The food is ok. The waiter is nice. I left 20% tip for my waiter. I wish he didn't have to share his tip with the hostess.
