The morning time frame, as everyone should know, is busy and will take some time til you can obtain a table. Once a table is given for your party, the service for 1 takes between 3-9mins. It depends on the time and their busyness. Then the food order is taken and takes about another 4mins to receive the order. The tables given vary on how you like it. If you want an outside view that is bright or a bit shadowy, or just a view looking at a white wall.
San Jose has its good spots and is not so good. This ihop it's in a good area, and the service is also good. The food is just in line with industry standards. I recommend this ihop.

It's a chain restaurant, I'm not sure what to review. The food is decent. The service was okay, it was busy on Sunday. The waiter forgot our refill but when she came back she gave us an extra drink.My friend got chicken and waffles, the chicken tender was kinda small. I shared a Philly cheese steak and it was decent.
