Just needed some vitamin C on a Saturday morning. Came by, parked in one of the nearby parking lots (there was a lot of parking available directly in front of Jamba), and was able to walk in to order. No line, so we ordered directly with the employee when she was available. Received our drink fairly quickly, and it tasted consistently like a Jamba Juice drink. No issues. Service was fine, as well.
I came into this location to order my favorite smoothie, Caribbean Passion. Upon receiving my drink when I took the first sip it tasted like nothing. Super bland like zero flavor at all. I told the young woman who made my drink that it didn't taste right. She told me she made it with all the ingredients, she didn't miss anything. I ordered online and when I came in the store was basically empty, the employees didn’t talk to me, didn’t even look at me but they noticed me, they were not helpful at all for my order, no way to talk to them since they didn’t even look at you to ask you what you need,I saw how they were talking to new customers but ignoring me.
