Spicy chicken doesn’t fail! Came here because Panda had NOTHING left an hour before closing and I was not disappointed. Started with a sample of bourbon chicken but was in the mood for something spicier so the kind lady let us try the two spicy chicken dishes and got us hooked! Delicious food and friendly service! Just wish I would have gone for the white rice because the spicy dishes are definitely SPICY! Will return again for this food!
Pepper and Mango Habañero Chicken both have excellent kick to them. Fried rice is fluffy, slightly buttery, and just a tinge sticky. Strawberry Lemonade is sugary sweet.

Decided to try this Kelly's location after being a frequent customer of their location at the Great Mall. Service was okay. Good flavor to the meat and rice. "Cajun potatoes" were more like plain cubed potatoes w/ no hint of Cajun spice. Rice was more like fried rice rather than something you'd see in Louisiana.
