Lucky Chef Reviews
This has to be one of the smallest restaurants i've ever eaten at, but the flavor and portions are big. The prices are modest. This was only the second time I have eaten here and I had to get the exact same thing as I did the first time, which was the short rib lunch special. The food was made quick and it was pipping hot which I loved because a lot of places cook your food and it still comes out cold. However, their sweet and sour chicken wasn’t hitting the way it should. I got a lot of pieces that was more fry than actual meat in it. Lucky Chef is a small but mighty restaurant that offers big flavors and generous portions at modest prices. The short rib lunch special is a standout, with tender ribs in a delectable gravy, accompanied by white rice and bok choy. The service is described as gracious, and the restaurant even has a wall plug for phone charging. While they are not open on Sundays, the restaurant is a hit for its simple yet tasty Chinese takeout. The vegetables are perfectly crisp, the sauces flavorful, and the breaded chicken tender and juicy. Customers particularly enjoy the sesame chicken and the combination of the "general" chicken and chow mein. With an online ordering option and a friendly owner, Lucky Chef is a go-to spot for delicious Chinese cuisine.
