“Ordered from a kiosk for my to go order and was unable to enter my rewards info. Francisco was one of 2 cashiers available and immediately agreed to help me manually enter my rewards info after receiving my receipt. He was helpful, efficient, and was sincerely kind—such great service! The other cashier gave every excuse that this was not possible.“
“They put onions on my sandwich and I said no onions at least three times plus they ran out of the type of bread that is supposed to be on the toasted italiano so the sandwich was smaller but of course I got charged the same ..its just disappointing when you find something that you like then get something you have to settle on then they don't make it right but already paid full price before its made .plus it's a bakery why would they run out of bread .I keep running into this type of thing everywhere and it's frustrating ,there's no consistency, and without that why would a person go back“

I LOVE panera. too bad they took away the turkey avocado BLT. was my favorite item. price is just a lil bit high. service is pretty fast. dining environment is also nice. restrooms are clean. i will say dining area is a bit convoluted“
