I recently had the chance to try Pho Papa, and I gotta say it exceeded my expectations! I’ve driven by it a few times and always wondered about it, and today I finally decided to give it a shot. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. They offer you the option of thick or thin noodles, and I went with the thin ones.
