Pizza with a Mexican twist! When I first moved to California I got used to seeing Indian-fusion pizza, but funnily enough this was my first time have a Mexican-fusion pizza. Came here on a day where they advertised on their Instagram that all pizzas were $10 for the day as long as you showed the Instagram post. First time here. Ordered a Hawaii and a dessert strawberry & chocolate pizza to go from the kiosk. Wait time until my pizza were ready was also reasonable (around 15mn).They make the pizza front of you, so that's great, because you can actually see what's going on with your food. However, about exactly that, the guy making the pizza uses his bare hands to prepare them. Nothing else was open in downtown SJ except for this little food hall. Pizza way was my choice others in my group tried other things. I had the birria pizza. It was quite good. You could grab a meal from any of the food court options and then sit in the bar and enjoy your food. You could also grab a drink at the full bar if that's on your menu. Pizza is not my go to typically but I would go back.
