Renato King of the Pizza is a classic, longstanding restaurant. While not in the best neighborhood, it is close to the freeway. The place is spacious and lively, though the exterior and interior can seem a bit outdated and plain. The ambiance is great. It is known for some of the best, most fluffiest pizza, described as hella bomb and still great. The pizza is cut in squares and loaded with melty cheesy goodness, quality toppings, savory meats, and spicy jalapenos. Specific favorites include the shrimp pepperoni jalapeño and the pepperoni with jalapeños. The pizza sauce and crust are just okay to some, with a notably sweet tomato sauce. They also make really delicious sandwiches that compliment the pizza. Service is standard with friendly, nice people. It remains a great value at a great price and is a must-have pizza spot in the South Bay.
