This place has been hit or miss. Today was a miss. I ordered the original, and both the white meat and dark meat were tough and overcooked. The rice was a bit saltier than usual and mushy. Usually it's not so many things off at once. Unfortunately, I will have to stick to Chicken meets rice for my hainan chicken fix.
Staff said it'd be a 10-15 minute wait. 30 minutes later, nothing. I asked for a refund, and they were able to issue it *without the tip back*.The staff person remarked, "Well, you could have waited for your order."So I just paid for terrible service?
