The food at Shan Restaurant is definitely enjoyable—flavorful and satisfying. However, the overall experience could be better. The restaurant could use some cleaning and general TLC, as the space feels a bit neglected. Great food! Very poor service. I went to dinner when there was less rush, mostly take-outs, and poor in-restaurant service.
