There is a sweet college looking girl with brown hair and glasses that I see during the weekdays in the morning. She is such a sweetheart and makes my coffees so strong it turns me into the energizer bunny sans the big a** bass drum. It's nice to come in as a half awake zombie knowing that her coffee made with care and consideration will turn my almost dead carcass into a decent human being. This is my go to coffee shop. It's easy to get to, has a large parking lot, and is usually a table to sit at if you need to get some work done. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

Grace is very informative, the place was very clean. I love coming to this Starbucks because of the outdoor seating. It's always enjoyable to come there. The service is quick, and they always have fresh banana and all the items you want ! If you need to stop by for a coffee break that's definitely the best Starbucks in San Jose I can recommend.
