Had an experience with an (possibly new?) employee who had trouble speaking up or giving any sort of eye contact to engage with the customer to complete an order...but the situation was remedied by a professional manager who more than made up for the awkward beginning.
There's at least 2 other Subway restaurants near this one, but this is open the latest. The service is good, although there's no restroom available on site. Therefore it is best to come to this location for take-out orders.
