“I ordered delivery and the golden latte was delicious the dragon fruit smoothie was also delicious and the immunity shots were very powerful. I loved it so much that I went to the actual location and ordered the same thing but unfortunately it wasn't as good second time around The Golden latte was downright disgusting the service was not that great and basically just a disappointment.“

“I heard about Chaplus on Instagram and since it’s so close to my house I had to stop by. The service was super friendly and the employee (who I believe is one of the owners) helped me decide on a drink. The beverages are all about the average market price for milk teas in OC, but they do offer a rewards program. When my drink was ready, the employee came out with two drinks, having accidentally made it first with the wrong tea. I for one am not one of complain or deny someone’s generosity, and I appreciate the hard work and delicious tea.“

“This is my second time coming and I had an even better experience than the first time. It was very busy while I was there, but the service was incredible. The young lady I talked to, Ashlynn, was so kind and patient and answered all of my questions. And the other girl, Kendall, made my bowl taste great! “I work at a barbershop around the corner in the same plaza. This staff is absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond to fulfill orders to their neighboring shops. “Absolutely love it!! it's so nice to have something that has the same texture as ice cream yet it's actually healthy for you. HOWEVER....I do have a HUGE issue with the fact that You only offer two sizes??? You offer a small and a "Large" I'm sorry but that is not a large, it's a medium. There should be 3 size options that include and actually large especially for $6.50“

“This is my favorite local coffee shop in South OC! I love their iced lavender latte. They have a huge variety of flavors for coffee & more authentic tasting than a Starbucks. Wide variety of pastries, bagels, muffins, etc. All of their food is delicious & freshly made. I recommend the scramblers, salads & sandwiches. They have a nice patio for outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. The staff and owners are so sweet!

“Black Market is an excellent shop for healthy meal prep and customizable post-workout shakes. The food is delicious, and well-made. The staff is attentive and friendly, remembering names and orders with regularity. They will frequently ask when a customer orders a shake if anyone else is having one, so they can all be made simultaneously, which is convenient.
At times, however, the process of ordering a single meal slows drastically when customers ahead of you order several meals at once. I have walked out on a couple occasions because I could not wait for 8 meals (sometimes more) to be portioned out. Granted, this is partially because of customers who are making up their minds! At any rate, maybe having a second employee available to assist with smaller orders or shakes in moments such as this would be helpful.“

“Nékter in Aliso is faster, cheaper, and much more customer friendly than any of the other Nékters in OC! As I was running in to get a juice, this morning, I accidentally dropped my reusable cup and the rim broke off. The darling sales associate firmly told me that they wanted to replace it, for free (sweetly waving away my protests that it was my fault for dropping my old one). They even gave me the $.50 reusable cup discount on my juice. Thank you, for brightening my day!!“
