“This is my favorite starbucks in town. The coffee and food is consistent with what I expect. The staff at this location is what puts this Starbucks as top of my list! They are friendly and go above what I would expect from a coffee chain. Whether is remembering my name (even though I'm not here on a weekly basis) or offering to serve my coffee in a mug when I'm clearly planning on sitting in the cafe a while.“
“A nearby Starbucks was closed so I came here instead. Unfortunately this place was PACKED, lots of people waiting for their orders, only 3 people behind the counter, seemed like one was in training. Jon immediately welcome every customer in anyway, he asked how your day was going while packing other order and seemed to be a master of doing 10 things at once while keeping the focus on the customer. 10/10 made my day better and made my experience pleasant in what could have easily been irritating and frustrating.“
“Ian helped us with our order and was very knowledgeable, he suggested I try cinnamon in my drink when I told him to surprise me. It was really good! He was friendly and just made the whole thing much more pleasant. I wanted to toot his horn cuz you don't run into very good customer service these days but this guy is out here making the world a better place, one transaction at a time!“
“I recently had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The barista was incredibly kind and understanding when I was a little short on cash. He went the extra mile to make my day brighter by making the drink I originally wanted, even though I had to change my order. honestly little did he know that I had had the shittiest week in a while and so that extra something made the day a little better. so blessed to know that there is excellent customer service left in the world, especially here. Kindness, pass it on!! 🤎“
“I always enjoy the quality of Starbucks coffee and I appreciate the convenience of the kiosk version inside stores like Target; however the service and speed one comes to expect from the Starbucks brand is always lacking in these smaller operations.“
“This Starbucks is close to the college so you’ll see a bunch of college students but you’ll also see workers picking up food. They still have the cherry powder so those cherry drinks are still here. The inside seating is plenty but there’s only one bench outside. The bathroom is all gender and wheelchair accessible. I would say the short hallway leading to the bathroom is a bit narrow.
I got the cherry chai and ham with Swiss cheese lunch sandwich. It is good on its own but would be better with mustard though.“
