“I love coming here. It’s tradition on our birthdays to come get a donut and everyone in the family gets to pick their favorite pastry for birthday cake. I’ve ordered several cakes for different events and they’re always delicious. The employees are all so nice and friendly, no matter what time of day you come. Such a sweet little shop.“

They always have the freshest of donuts and other pastries.

You are greeted by the friendly owner and family.
They have a well stocked fridge with everything from chocolate milk to Monster energy drinks

They are located next to the 7/11
It is a convenient pitstop for snacks or hearty jalapeno ham & cheese croissant. Close to the Inland Rail Trail for the cyclists among us.

They prefer payment with cash but card payment is accepted with a small fee.

They're open 7 days per week, closed on Holidays.

“Been (im)patiently waiting for this to open...Parking can be tricky at peak lunch and dinner times but mostly it's great. Once you're in, the vibe is great. They have a little spot to take pics in front of a grass backdrop! Seating area was plenty too!The 3 flavors we tried were cookies and cream, strawberry and glazed. Each tasted great with the glazed being my favorite. The strawberry one was still good but it seemed like it was missing something. Cookies and cream were a little too sweet for me but if you like sweet or fixing for a sweet tooth, go for it!The service was great! She was so friendly, helpful and gave her personal recommendations. She seemed to like all of them but she was able be specific with flavors so it was super helpful!“

“24/7 you can't go wrong with Yum Yum! No matter what time of day I get there. When the wife has a Caribbean in the middle of the night it's usually for donuts or something of that nature. Up on my feet grab a jacket and out the door I'm on my way and I know yum yum won't let me down, cuz they always deliver.“

The exterior of the fritter was crispy and not too caramelized, the inside was slightly doughy but in a good was and packed full of flavor. Staff were super happy and it rubbed off on me. “The best nuts and bolts donut shop in San Diego County. Hands down. The eating experience is very clean - no weird, greasy mouth film post-donut. The donuts are light without being dried out. There is a mastery and precision here that you won’t find at other Southern CA mom and pop donut outfits.

I grew up down the street but this isn’t a nostalgia-based bias. I’ve tried them all but I keep going back to the glazed twist. Simple is often the hardest thing to nail and they hit it out of the park. The cruller is available on a limited schedule and is supreme. Perfectly moist, almost custard-like.

I would eat donuts every day, but only partake when I’m in the neighborhood and K-Donut happens to be open. I refuse to eat donuts anywhere else.“

“This place is a diamond. Everything morsel of deliciousness comes out of their kitchen. These people have mastered the art of donuts and pastries. “I've been coming to this donut shop since before I was in high school, it's still owned by the same family. The donuts are always super fresh, they have giant flakey croissants with ham and cheese, coffee and and assortment of other donuts. I've never been disappointed and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. Prices have gone up just like everything else but the prices here are fair considering. I prefer this donut shop to others in the area and it's just personal preference as I prefer regular glazed donuts(It's a no frills type donut shop located in a strip mall next to Little Caesars Pizza.)“

“This place right down the street from my home. I have been going here for years now & will continue to do so. Everyone is very friendly & the donuts are delicious. Yesterday my husband and I stopped by at noon to pick up 3 dozens of donuts to take to our cousins viewing in Tj. We told this to the lady helping us, then she said "wait, let me give you something!" “I highly recommend the ham and cheese stuffed croissant. Caution with the jalapeños. I don't know how they don't, but 99% of the time, these jalapeños slices are actually spicy. Can't have enough of these, but do actively manage self control. I've taken them to my coworkers in Escondido and have been told they've made the commute for them too. This is a great donut shop and have a wide range of all the popular options.“

i don’t even mind the 30-minute drive from escondido. this place is incredible, and i recommend it to everyone. easily the best donut i’ve ever had — and i’ve tried plenty. they also bake fresh bread, croissants, and bagels daily. the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel or croissant is to die for.

they also make sandwiches with freshly sliced boar’s head meats — a detail that proves they care about quality.

if you try this place and don’t think it’s the best donut you’ve ever had, i’ll personally give you your money back.“
