Our order was missing items. This is not the first time we have had this issue at this location. We ordered online and it said the order would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. It was ready at 40 minutes after ordering. Unfortunately, I did not notice the missing items until we arrived home. Did not want to spend another 15 minutes driving back. Didn't get any food, was picking up rideshare order...this place is absolutely DISGUSTING! The restroom was really nasty and disgusting. I would never eat or drink anything from this place.

They always forget to add one of the dipping sauce to my order, the blue cheese, what kind of way to run a business. I'm freaking fed up with them, and they are going to lose a customer.
