Anyone who says Baskin Robbins is less than 5 star ice cream is a liar and cheat! The ice cream is always true to their roots and the customer service was friendly and attentive. Lars and James were great to work with, a great duo and a hoot to boot. Find a parking space and saddle up to 31 delicious flavors!
We ordered a small 9" cake from the San Mateo location. The cake turned out just as we asked and was very delicious. I dropped one star because of the lack of communication. I called this location multiple times and nobody answered. I finally went in to talk about my cake options and ordered online. I called again to see if the cake was ready and no answer.
