We came here for mother's day dinner. Haven't been to Champagne for a couple of years. The food is still good. They are a lot smaller than before. And I was surprised how uncrowded it was for mother's day. Oh forgot to add that they changed us 18% service charge on the bill.

Interesting selection of dim sum and chef’s specials. Worth noting are the families with at least three generations who were enjoying their family meal together - an endorsement of the cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. Could have given 5 stars if the dim sum had more intensity of flavors and aromas that one would expect to get in Hong Kong.

Came here for dinner. Tried their coconut chicken pot. This is our first time trying this dish and it's pretty interesting. The soup base is coconut juice. When the juice (soup) is boiled on your table, you then add the chicken. The chicken came uncooked and the waiter told us to put the pieces in the boiled soup for few minutes with cover on.
