Humphrey Slocombe Bay Meadows officially opens today (March 29) and is offering free scoops to customers between 1-7pm as part of its Grand Opening festivities!I was lucky enough to visit a couple days ago as part of a soft opening event and had a great experience sampling a float and several of their flavors before getting myself a decadent double scoop of their Brown Sugar and Rosé All Day flavors topped with Bourbon Caramel. Nice new ice cream place, interesting flavors, some with alcohol in them, really nice spot for a sunny day. They need to improve their customer service tho, I can’t tell if they are rude or if they are just new, but will be good if they can be friendly, specially with kids. I already went three times and the only person who gave me a nice service was the guy, friendly. Other than that is a good place.
