The Baskin Robbins Official Facebook page posted on their page a promo for buy a cone get 1 for 99 cents and the workers at this shop refused to allow us and others to use this code which we clearly showed them was on the Official Baskin Robbins facebook page and their own personal Baskin Robbins facebook page.
Seems they feel they can pick & choose which promos they allow even though its promoted on their own page.
