Ordered an ice cream cake over the phone from Ben. Extremely helpful and patient as he listened to what we wanted for a huge family for a birthday party. Everyone loves their ice cream cakes. So I showed up and met a worker there named Alexia telling her I was there for an ice cream cake but wasn't sure the cake was going to be big enough even though that's what I described I needed over the phone. got interviewed and I’m only a teenager and the manager interviewing me had a attitude from the get go. no sort of sympathy at all. he spoke broken English and became angry when I didn’t understand him. this was also my first interview and it was not a great experience.
