“I never walk into a fast food joint & expect to be greeted with a big warm genuine smile while they roll out the red carpet for me as I walk in. I don’t expect any kind of greeting, cause I’ve worked at fast food places in the past & they are hard, draining, constantly busy & constantly moving environments. If anything I feel bad for them considering how many people eat out now and I’m sure their jobs are harder than they were 20 years ago. But I always have a pleasant & warm experience at this location though, and they’re quick too. They are also very helpful with requests, which I wanted to personally thank Blanca. She was just extremely courteous, and had an extremely good vibe about her.
I would actually take the 5⭐️ rating down to a 4 for how friggin cold it is in there every day! The AC is on full blast everytime I go in there. My guess is that it’s a tactic to keep people from just hanging out in there. But Blanca’s warm smile is keeping it a 5 ⭐️“
