“Wetzel's Pretzels is located in the Northgate Mall across from See's Candy and next door to GameStop. I remember a decade ago going to the Wetzel's Pretzels cart in Hilltop Mall in Richmond. My little boys and I always made an event of it....Saturday at the mall for a movie and a pretzel and lemonade. So now years later, I still have fond memories of Wetzel's PRETZELS! LOL. Their menu has grown since then. They now offer hot dog bites, pizza bites, cinnamon bites and a slew of different drinks including knockoff Starbucks coffee drinks.....but we always go for the basic doughy, buttery, greasy, pretzel with no salt with an extra swipe of butter on top. Sometimes I'll opt for the cheese pretzel which is the same as the plain one except it has cheese baked on top, request a sprinkle of parmesan on top and you'll be in pretzel heaven. The pretzels are pretty big so you can probably get away with splitting one up for the kids. Their lemonade is delicious too. It's nice and tart with just the right amount of sweet. The prices have gone up over the years...I think the pretzels are about $5-$6 bucks. The drinks are your average restaurant prices. Wetzel's Pretzels is a nice stop for a quick, tasty snack while you're hanging out at the mall.“
