I had the biscuit breakfast sandwich, very filling and the biscuit was so good. I had one pancake and man was that delicious! The parking is also a plus. “My favorite IHOP location. I’ve been coming to this specific one since I can remember. Staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Bringing condiments prior to the meal, such as hot sauce, helps make the meal that much more enjoyable. The staff even asks how my kids are doing when I come alone. Highly recommend this location.“

The real knock about this place has to do with acoustics and how the noise travels. It's so bad, when there's a lot of people in the restaurant, it's difficult to have a conversation with a person sitting directly across from you. Maybe sitting outside might be a better option.“
