The dough is fermented for two days. To maintain the crispy crust at the table, it is delivered to the table with a screen insert between the pizza and the pizza pan. No other restaurant that I know of goes to that extent to maintain quality. Creative ingredients are offered such as the creamy garlic sauce. “I must say I was completely satisfied after the first time having a piece of A Big Apple Pizza. So I didn’t stop there. The next day I went and bought an extra large one. What truly excites me is the fact that it lies a mere mile from our doorstep, and I am eagerly anticipating my next exhilarating ride through this place😋“
