The dough is fermented for two days. To maintain the crispy crust at the table, it is delivered to the table with a screen insert between the pizza and the pizza pan. No other restaurant that I know of goes to that extent to maintain quality. Creative ingredients are offered such as the creamy garlic sauce. Catering off site is offered with years of experience in catering having been a successful Executive Chef at a large estate with several culinary venues, concerts, catering, restaurant, grill at golf course and more.
