“I have been to this Starbucks countless times and the staff always greets you with a smile, but the two staff members working this morning went above and beyond. They took the time to pay attention that I was trying to order vegan and let me know what I could order instead. Their warmth, sincerity and customer service was outstanding. I wish I knew their names. I think Bryan and I didn't catch the girls name. But Starbucks is lucky to have them.“
“Disappointed. No walk in so we are to order with the app. No problem, I've done it hundreds of times.Problem it is 10:30 on Sunday breakfast is served till 11. But the app wont allow you to order, item unavailable.I talk to a polite girl at door. She asks Pamela the model and I'm told, " there's nothing we can do to serve you."Obviously, they could manually ring it up as cars are rapidly being processed through the drive thru.I've encountered this manager before, unfortunately she has bad customer skills. I'm guessing she's good at paperwork or they would have shoot canned her tush on the first day.“
“Stopped in on our way up north for a quick cup of coffee and stretch break! Coffee was great and the lady who owns it was very nice and helpful! We tried a bunch of the macadamia Nuts and they were all amazing :) The frosted chocolate toffee ones were to die for! Definitely stop in and check it out! Also you can buy 100% Kona coffee to brew at home, and everyone knows Kona coffee just taste better ;)“

“Fantastic French cafe eats and coffee drinks. The setting is so Van Gogh. Perhaps it has views of the water from the unaccessible upper floors but it’s a quaint little place and is part of Monterey’s eclectic make-up. If you have a B’day coming up their French cakes are divine too.“
“I went to Café Mia on a recommendation from a friend and I was amazed.I was met with a friendly smile and greeting from Horace. He was carefully pouring hot water over individual filters of coffee grounds one by one in what looked like a custom, oldschool coffee contraption. As he worked, he continued to engage with myself and other customers, quickly working through the line of 10 plus people.It was a surreal experience from what I expected to be just another coffee shop.This guy really knows what he's doing.The breakfast burrito was delicious and the espresso did not disappoint.I'll be back sooner than I expected.“
“Love this place! Great coffee, and yummy avocado toast. Friendly staff, quick service and healthy short menu. Sit at the long natural wood shared tables. BTW a huge coffee grinder in the shop is fun to see. Open to the outside so you can sit outside in good weather. Hilarious the famous tandem bike that the shop kept outside - the thief was caught on video stealing - showed up dumped and returned, likely due to being all over the news! Lol.“

It felt like everyone—patrons and staff—were having a great time.There's a big indoor and outdoor space, they're both gorgeous, and they have a coffee and cocktail bar to help pass the time while you wait for your table.We'd definitely come back.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian sausage which I didn't have, but my partner did and said it was delicious.“
“One of the best cannolis I’ve ever had! Wish the filling was a wee bit more cheesy, but the shell was delicious, perfectly cooked, and didn’t taste like oil. Knocking one star because if there are more than a few guests inside, no one knows where to stand or order and the staff don’t help.“
“Don't know the deal with the other reviews, but this place is superior to Panera bread. Warm customer service and bagels!! Welcoming atmosphere and quick turnaround! I ordered the "New Yorker" bagel (lox) and a banana nut bread muffin. It did not disappoint. Will recommend and be back!! Thank you.“
