This place has the best Birria and Consome that I've ever tasted. I usually order from Grubhub, but then I realized that they add about $4 or so to all restaurant's menu items, so I went in person today.
First time at this location but not the first time eating Birrieria Guadalajara (Costa Mesa and Orange).The food is perfectly the same at every location. The tacos are crispy and tasty. The consome is delicious to say the least.Definitely will be back to one of the many locations.

Double check your order all the time, I specifically ask for birria salsa and aceite, the girl put tomatillo on my receip, I brought that to her attention, she say "is ok i will put you the birria salsa", I did trust her. I got home, and to my surprise, I got tomatillo salsa NOT BIRRIA SALSA, but to top it of, only 3 little ramekins, and 3 aceite salsa for a WHOLE 2 lbs of birria, and only one set of cilantro and onion.
