Very hip Birria place in Santa Ana. This was my first time having birria, and it was soooo good. My friend and i shared the Classica *Chef's kiss* I also ordered a mini mulita so I could have my cheese fix and it was also very tasty. I was disappointed that I got full quickly, otherwise I'd order
Good food but lacking on flavor. Consome was watered-down no flavor whatsoever was really looking forward to it to dip my keto taco and my mulita in. Service was good, overall food was alright. 4/5

I saw and tasted what the hype is all about. The tacos were delicious. They are served without toppings so you can add them yourself at the toppings bar, make sure to try the molcajete salsa. The birria was tender and moist. The consomé was hot, as it should be, and had a great taste. Place was clean and not too busy on a Wednesday at noon. Will definitely go back and try their birria ramen.
