“Loaded Café was a solid choice for breakfast. I got the breakfast burrito really tasty and definitely filling. The food overall was flavorful and came out hot. “We have visited this Restaurant since 2008. It is our children's favorite since they were little when the horse carousel existed. I remember that we had to call the employees to turn the carousel around. This place brings back good memories and is very familiar. We have just visited it. The flavors of the food are the same, the pancakes are the favorites and we are very happy to see the staff that works here, unfortunately there are certain details in the restaurant that need attention such as child seats occupying seat belts, also repairs such as The roof is affected in rainy weather, the bathrooms may need remodeling, but at the same time that is what makes it historic. We love this place and even more so the people who serve us with that skill. Thank you for your services and we will return again and again. time❤️

Went to pick up dinner, ordered through the app, groceries waiting in the car. Saw them begin to pack our order. Saw the guy behind the counter put my lettuce wrapped steak sandwich on the counter. Asked the lady in the red shirt if the onion rings were hot. She said they were. She put them in the bag and told me they were warm and encouraged me to check. Yes, they were warm, not hot like she initially assured me. Couldn't wait for hot one as there were cold items in my car. Got home, handed my husband his sandwich. Put groceries away, came back to discover some other chicken sandwich in the bag, my steak sandwich missing. Drove back with the receipt from the bag and the sandwich. The lady in red suggested it was my fault leaving with the wrong order. Not sure how that works. I didn't pack the bag. I had seen the guy put my sandwich on the counter. Just wanted my sandwich. She went behind the counter and said they would remake mine. Great. Waited. They remade the entire order which I didn't ask them to do. My husband had already eaten his dinner without me. They took the onion rings back and told me to just keep the other sandwich. I checked my steak sandwich and something seemed off but didn't realize until the first red light that it was missing the grilled onions (it was just steak and tomato in lettuce). Drove back. They gave me the side of grilled onion (the only part of our overall meal that was hot). Got home and showed my husband there was now an extra chicken sandwich... oh, wait, that he'll never eat because they mistakenly put cheese on it. Think it would have been better for them to just replace the one sandwich they got wrong and do it right than try to give us excess food that was prepared incorrectly. Used to go to this Habit quite often. Not sure they've gotten our order 100% correct in a long while. The customer care/service has also fallen off.“

“No one who lives around this place should ever go to Dennys or IHOP ever again. Guys. This place was noticeably better than your average breakfast place. We got the breakfast special for like $12 and it had
2 pieces of toast (wheat, white, or sourdough): Usually the toast is a throwaway item for these restaurants and you don’t even eat it. Not this toast. We got that sourdough toast and it was so freaking good.
Hash browns: the hash browns were real potato’s goodness. Didn’t seem like they came frozen in a bag.
4 strips of bacon: for my liking the bacon was perfect. It had some flop to it. The strips were nice and big.
2 eggs of your choice: eggs were standard, I think the main reason I liked them so much is because last time I got eggs at a restaurant they sucked
What is amazing is all that food is a couple dollars less than Dennys or IHOP would be for the same stuff, but then all of it tastes better.
You order from the front rather than with waiters and a menu and the lady who served us was kind and patient and clear.
The only thing was the floors were kinda a sticky, but I don’t care my food was so freaking good and well priced.
I split the special with my husband so it was less than $10 a person for us, but if you get your own stuff it is like $10-15 a person.“

“Road on through as a truck driver gotta say hands-down this is a very good place to stop. Food is very delicious and tasty very fresh. Got me the breakfast burrito with bacon eggs beans, and potatoes worth the money loved every bite. Salsa is very tasty. Also, the restaurant is very clean extremely clean exceptionally clean the staff are very polite respectful honestly when I say this, this place is a very good establishment. “We live almost equidistant between two Carl’s Jr locations, but we almost always go to this location on 17th Street in Santa Ana because of the spectacular service! Specifically, Itzchel (Shelley), who’s almost always manning the window when we go there for dinner at least twice a week — she is a real asset to the company! Her happy smile and great service puts a smile on my face too!

We’re retired seniors, on the dreaded “fixed income”, and the coupons keep us returning week after week, in addition to Shelley’s kind and helpful attitude. Cooking is a real pain now that there are just the two of us; and the coupons make it affordable to eat out.“

“Love love love. Owners are super nice, prices are reasonable. I love everything I’ve ordered. I eat almost every daily special, except for Friday’s fish taco special because I don’t like fish. Otherwise, I’ve had so many of their menu items and even some of there specialty foods they randomly make in small batches that they sell as ready-to-go (like their homemade potato salad). Love it!!!

Vegetarian options: They have options like their garden burger, potato salad, regular fries and onion rings. There may be more options but those are the ones I know.

Parking: Parking lot is paid, but if you get free monthly parking because you work in the buildings next door then it’s great, because there is plenty of parking, it’s just a bit confusing.
Entry and exit are one-way. When you enter you go only through the C & D sections, & you have to keep turning left to keep going up the levels. If you ever turn right on any level toward the exit sign you’ll be forced to keep going through the A & B sections downward until you exit and have to start over.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground floor right by the parking lot. It looks like there should be no issue for wheelchair users to access. No ramp necessary for entry as there are no steps.“
