I just want to say for my short time in the drive through Jose made my visit amazing! Jose was very good at his job and most importantly friendly.
wow… just wow… exceptional service from the staff but more notably Ashley proving the best service i have seen visiting from out of town. best friggin chic fil a of my life :^)

However, customers should double-check their orders, especially when using the drive-thru, as mistakes can occur, like receiving the wrong drink order. Fortunately, the employees usually provide quick and efficient service, with some team members, like Eli, receiving praise for their kindness and excellent customer service. Despite occasional rude service from certain staff, many customers have had amazing experiences, enjoying delicious food and fresh, steaming hot meals. Overall, the restaurant strives to provide a positive experience, but there is still room for improvement, such as enhancing the restroom cleaning schedule to improve sanitation.
