I was upset about my online order I placed through the chick-fil-a app for pick-up because of a mistake.I called the restaurant, spoke with a manager, and communicated that my order was missing a sandwich. The manager was very helpful and respectful and joyful to solve the problem. I drove back to the restaurant immediately after, and found out the manager’s name is Daniel.Thanks to Daniel for the great customer service.
So glad they reopened this location so much better with this double drive-through it was super easy getting in and out of line and the food came out really quick I loved it soooo much better than before great

They remodeled the drivethru and it’s somehow just as inefficient as before. The staff is also rude compared to the staff prior to remodeling. I’d rather drive out to the Chick Fil A at the District or the one on Harbor instead.
