This is my favorite sushi bar in Orange County located right next to the Staples and CVS by Party City it's almost always full but the wait is not really that long 15 to 30 minutes max the rotating sushi bar is really convenient because even if it's busy you can grab something off the belt and start munching my favorite is the salmon nigiri it's always fresh and delicious the prices are super low you can almost always get a full belly with food and drinks for 40 bucks the sake...read full review
Fantastic sushi train experience! The quality of the fish is surprisingly high for the price, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Generous portions at very affordable prices. The staff were attentive, friendly. One of the best sushi in town. Will definitely be coming back!
First time trying a revolver/conveyor belt sushi, and my partner and I were so impressed. We ate delicious sushi for about 21 per person after tip, tax and all. Linda, who guided us to our seats and walked us through the ordering process, was super friendly. The sushi came within minutes, even when we were there about 8 pm, and was super tasty. Next time we roll into California, this might be another dinner decision for us.

Kaisen Kaiten Sushi is a revolving sushi spot with a chill atmosphere inside, where most people mind their business. The conveyor carries nagiri and sashimi traveling the length of the bar, which is a novel selling point. The sushi is good, fresh, and tasty, with generous pieces that are well prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Prices feel fair and in line with other revolving sushi spots, though some plates are pricey if too many are ordered. The uni is alright, and the oyster is good. The restaurant is small, cozy, and not too big, so waits can be long, especially at dinner. For service, the focus is on the basics and the kitchen; guests need to flag someone down if they need something, which is efficient. To order, fill out a paper and put it in the tray on the belt, then wait for the number to come back. However, online special instructions are not listened to—requests to not include wasabi are ignored, and it smears onto the food. Overall, it is way better than Kula or other kaiten sushi, and a good option for something quick and casual, though there are definitely better sushi places.
