“It's the first time we came to this restaurant and we loved it, it's 3 minutes from South Coast Plaza Mall, the food is delicious, the fish taco is full of flavor, as are the mole and molcajete, and the customer service is super good, excellent atmosphere with a DJ on weekends. this week my new favorite place

“I was watching the news this morning and saw the server that was preparing to open take water the national guard troops that were posted on the street out front. A small gesture but I will remember this and will definitely visit this place the next time I am in the area. You could see the guardsmen appreciated the woman's kind gesture.“
“Pretty place especially for pictures. Food was delicious. The only negative part to me was that my reservation was at 1 o'clock and I was a bit rushed when it came to dessert because they closed their kitchen around 2 PM so that is information I did not have but now you know“

“We have been going to this rrestaurant since the 1980's. It was Don Jose for a long time and then it became Rodrigos. The food, service and surroundings are still just as good!! The food is amazing!! We will continue our tradition of going there as long as they're still there, which hopefully for all it will be a long time.“

“Gringo Mexican food. Tasty chips and salsa while you wait for your order. It's decorated in a Coastal Mexican Vibe; family friendly. Back room large enough for groups. They have a cool bar. Years ago they had a DJ and dancing. It would be cool not to blast sports on TVS BUT TO HAVE KARAOKE... Disney is close by

“Luis was the bartender and also the only person in the entire FOH when I ordered my fish taco near closing time at 10pm as I had just arrived at SNA airport less than an hour prior and had a fantastic complimentary shuttle ride with our driver Ruben. Although my order and payment weren't processed like clockwork, it was done within ten minutes and Luis was very gracious and easy in spirit despite his hardworking hustle and bustle, and the best fish taco I've ever eaten in my life including the homemade salsa, tortilla, and chips were actually made in less than ten minutes also so essentially I had the greatest fish taco in my life while receiving excellent service from Luis the gentle warrior and chatting with the gentleman who was waiting to order alongside me all in less than an hour and this establishment ranked in my top 3 eateries throughout my entire weeklong trip to Irvine alongside Vaca the MIchelin-starred Spanish restaurant and Moulin the authentic Parisian bakery and cafe. I plan to return again and again to Vibrante once I move to Irvine this summer! PS: The cod in the fish taco is locally caught & cooked to perfection!“

“I ordered from this restaurant through GrubHub and was surprised at the quality despite all the negative reviews.. however I had checked them after I ordered and when it came I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity and quality of each dish. I ordered the birria tacos and the carne asada fries. The salsa was perfect the beans were great, and the tacos were loaded with meat. Being from Southern California myself, I got to say this definitely ranks up there with some of the best I've ever had“
