Taco Bell in Santa Ana

“The customer service at this Taco Bell is top-notch! It's rare to encounter a fast-food restaurant where they address you by name at the window. The gentleman who served me, although he forgot to include my sauce initially, went out of his way to rectify the mistake. Ran outside before i took off and handed it to me. He truly went above and beyond, and I regret not catching his name. Overall, a standout experience in terms of service.“

“Food was great, order was correct even though it was a massive order, any changes to foods we're labeled on wrapping as to not cause confusion, had a great time, unfortunately someone had an accedient and 911 was called there, this did not affect the experience.“

“Bell tacos ? are a classic, they do not require a recommendation. The only thing I feel is that the flour tortilla is very thick, the stews are exquisite ?. And any of the stews are very good. They are cheap, I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla Combo for $7 USD that came with the potato and coffee plus the quesadilla. I also ordered the Fiesta Potato Cheese Tstd Burrito for $1.99 which was my favorite and the sausage one. The best thing is the sauces, I love the Mild and the Hot name, they are delicious ?? I love them!! The service was excellent from the very friendly and fast staff. This place has a wheelchair ramp, parking space for people with disabilities ♿️ I recommend it if you are in Santa Ana California or nearby!!

“I’d like to leave a positive review for the worker that was honest by giving me excess money that I used to pay and he had the integrity to give me back what was rightfully mine. Thank you I forgot your name it was a tall, skinny, brown-skin guy by looking at him I would say he is Mexican. Thanks a lot!“

“I took my customers to order and it probably was a bad idea. The service was phenomenal but my passengers behavior was totally not. I want to apologize for my totally entitled passengers and their terrible behavior towards your staff at the drive thru.“

“Love this location. My only gripe is that they always get my order wrong and then it takes me forever to correct it because they have to pull up the order in the system to compare. I am also disappointed that they don't have the new menu items available“

“I was so pleased with the staff. It took a bit for them to acknowledge my presence but they where very polite and kind. I really appreciated that they respected the number of hot sauce packets I put in my mobile order. Other Taco Bell’s dont. We tried the new volcano taco and burrito and they where delicious. I also tried the hyped up Mexican pizza and it was basic to me I’ll probably not order it again but they’re sausage breakfast crunch wrap is something I’d re order.“
