Taco Bell in Santa Ana

“The customer service at this Taco Bell is top-notch! It's rare to encounter a fast-food restaurant where they address you by name at the window. The gentleman who served me, although he forgot to include my sauce initially, went out of his way to rectify the mistake. Ran outside before i took off and handed it to me. He truly went above and beyond, and I regret not catching his name. Overall, a standout experience in terms of service.“

“Food was great, order was correct even though it was a massive order, any changes to foods we're labeled on wrapping as to not cause confusion, had a great time, unfortunately someone had an accedient and 911 was called there, this did not affect the experience.“

“Bell tacos ? are a classic, they do not require a recommendation. The only thing I feel is that the flour tortilla is very thick, the stews are exquisite ?. And any of the stews are very good. They are cheap, I ordered the Breakfast Quesadilla Combo for $7 USD that came with the potato and coffee plus the quesadilla. I also ordered the Fiesta Potato Cheese Tstd Burrito for $1.99 which was my favorite and the sausage one. The best thing is the sauces, I love the Mild and the Hot name, they are delicious ?? I love them!! The service was excellent from the very friendly and fast staff. This place has a wheelchair ramp, parking space for people with disabilities ♿️ I recommend it if you are in Santa Ana California or nearby!!

“Very cute Taco Bell. Walked in and there was no wait for a kiosk. Used the app to receive my points and then just ordered my food. The vibe was chill some people just eating and music playing while workers making orders for drive thru. Food was delicious and the drinks were tasty as well. Bathrooms are coded so would have to ask for a code! Besides that was nice and cool and food was delicious can’t complain 👍🏻“

“Love this location. My only gripe is that they always get my order wrong and then it takes me forever to correct it because they have to pull up the order in the system to compare. I am also disappointed that they don't have the new menu items available“

“Order some frescas drinks for happy hour and my daughter wouldn't even drink it. It was disgusting. Everything else was fine. I went through the drive through and i was already home by the time I tried the drinks or else I would've asked for my money back on the drinks!“

“It appears that every order has to be placed thru an touch screen computer, rather than a real, live & breathing human being. So, 3 🌟 for customer service.

The food was alright. I discovered something new (to me) that I liked.
