Delicious. Healthy. Great customer service. I've tried a few things previously, but a few minutes ago I ate the kale burger which was so. freaking. good. It was everything I look for in a healthy but satisfying lunch. When my friend saw what it looked like she was quite envious. This is the most overlooked spot at Public Market. I'll be back.
I'm not vegan and love this place. I go about once a week and it's consistently great! I usually get the Fala Bowl, which is kind of a taco salad, the chopped up falafel inside tastes very much like ground taco meat and doesn't leave you feeling heavy or greasy. The avocado and lime with tahini is so smooth. I just tried the tacos plate, was equally good, and if you're hungry, even more filling since there are tortillas and chips on the side. Tried the kalefornia salad, a falafel sandwich, and the fries. Everything was delicious! The veggies in the salad tasted super fresh. Portions are generous and everything is vegan and nut-free!
