Delicious wholesome gluten-free bread, bagels, and other treats. It's like a CSA - order online by Wednesday and pick up your order on Friday. The unbagels look simple but are so tasty. It's a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so safe for celiacs, with vegan and dairy-free items too.
I am Gluten and dairy-free. It is hard to find a mindful bakery that can make delicious breads and desserts. In addition, they are a sustainable food kitchen, using seasonal, local, and organic ingredients. They make food the old fashioned way, by hand, in small batches. Less waste. I order by Wednesday for pick-up on Friday. The bread is still warm!! I wish the loacal resturants would offer Loca Vivant's baked goods, it would so nice to have while eating out.
