Great and fast service. It was my first time trying food from there; a plain Bagel with Cream Cheese and Vietnamese Coffee good meal to start the day. Portions are generous and the staff is great!! Very polite and cheerful.
I moved to Santa Clara about 5 years ago and this is the ONLY bagel shop we ever go to!! The food is fantastic, always fresh ingredients and delicious bagels. The staff is always so friendly, nice, and helpful.
But my favorite thing on the entire menu is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!!! This is a little known hidden gem, but Cramer's Bagels proudly offers the most delicious iced coffee available on the entire planet. I simply do not go to Starbucks anymore....

I stopped in before catching the train. It was clean, the employees were kind and clear, and my bagel was great.
They had a TV and a special table and space for young children which I appreciate ❣️
