Cold stone always has fantastic product but service is what you’re looking for and I think that the management at this chain goes above and beyond.“

“Finally - delicious cake without all the sugar! I got the durian and salted yolk slices, both of which were barely sweet yet very flavorful. Asian cake already tends to be light on sugar, but this takes it to the next level. The pot of homemade tea was a nice touch. Slices are expensive but they're worth trying at least once. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy cake without a sugar coma!“

Just make sure to call ahead to order the flavor you want since they only carry limited flavors readymade each day.“

“I ordered an eggless and sugar-substituted birthday cake for my mom and was trying this place for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience right from placing an order to pick up. I was able to customise the cake to be eggless, sugar-free and less creamy. The cake was very tasty, soft and just as desired!

“This bakery definitely deserves more reviews than it has. I've been to a good 80 percent of the bakeries in San Jose and this is the only bakery were I have yet to get a bread that tastes old. This place is one of the few bakeries around that values freshness so stop by and show support“

“I think the cream of the cake is not too sweet, has just the right texture and is very delicious. The cake design is simple and cute, and the fruit is very fresh, adding a refreshing taste to the whole thing. However, the sponge cake body is a bit dry, which affects the moistness of the taste. It would be better if it could be softer and more tender. ?“

“I was looking for a bakery to get my 1 year old a cake, since it was last minute that we decided to get him a cake for his birthday today and I wasn’t expecting to find a place that would make it right on the spot, but I was lucky enough to find Nubia’s Pastelería..they told me that they only take orders but that since it was a small cake they would do an exception and decided to take my order and had the cake ready within 30 minutes. “Lady M’s crepe cakes, especially the Matcha and Pistachio flavors, are absolutely incredible. The texture is delicate, the flavor is rich, and every bite is pure indulgence. The Matcha cake, in particular, is unmatched—I’ve never had anything like it before. I’ve tried several matcha cakes from Anton Patisserie, but they don’t come close to what Lady M offers.
